Interactive Management Development is a company that exists to help you maximise the potential of your business.  

      The company was founded in 2005 by Ashish Mohan, when, upon returning to India from the United States, he found that there was a huge gap between what employers wanted in the way of training for their staff, and what was being provided by training providers.  Mohan started the outfit with a German partner, and the response from clients was immediately enthusiastic.  Eventually, industry veterans Ratish Pandey and Tim Carr, both proven leaders, joined Mohan to take the company forward.  Our 16-year-old company has had the distinction of working with blue-chip Indian and international clients, and our innovative workshops have been featured on the front pages of India's business newspapers.  

      Our success is due to the fact that our training methodology is different.  We take training seriously and create our programs based on research.  Our focus is on quickly delivering results for your business.  Our training programs are interactive, enhance creativity, and provide a memorable and fun experience for participants.
