Ashish Mohan

Mohan is a management consultant and behavioural scientist trained in the United States.  His areas of interest include creativity and innovation, employee stress and wellness, and Europe-India business relations.

       Mohan has specialised expertise in the intercultural behavioural issues European managers face as they manage their enterprises in India.  In 2006, he pioneered the delivery of structured, interactive intercultural support workshops for senior German expats working in India, working in collaboration with the Embassy of Germany and the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi.

       Mohan is a prolific writer, regularly writing scholarly articles on the practice of management; most recently he co-wrote an unconventional piece on leadership which was published by Decision: Ireland's Business Review, which quickly became the most-read article on the publication's website.

      Mohan is the author of the exciting new business book, 'The Biggest Bazaar', which is now available on Apple Books on people's Apple devices in 51 countries around the world.
       Mohan has rich experience in teaching business management at the college level.  He has taught management at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, USA, as well as at several leading business schools in India.

       Mohan is a Fellow of the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, a global philanthropic foundation based in Berlin, Germany.  His writing and speeches have inspired young leaders from around the world, and he also works tirelessly to further the education of underprivileged youth in India.

      Mohan completed a Bachelor of Science degree with studies in computer science, mathematics and creative writing in 1993 from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri, USA.  In 1995, he completed an MBA degree in international and cross-cultural business from the same university.

       Mohan is an accomplished singer and pianist, and spends his evenings performing jazz and rock music at various local venues.

       Pandey received his Bachelor’s in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University and went on to secure his Chartered Accountant degree.  He is an alumni of The Bose Leadership Institute and has been a recipient of many a President’s Awards while leading Bose’s business, in India and overseas.  He is a voracious reader, loves to explore the mountains, a strong believer in tapping the untapped potential of his mentees, and possesses a wry humour.

Tim Carr

Senior Consultant

Timothy S. Carr is an engineer with over 25 years of work experience in all aspects of manufacturing. 

       Carr has worked for 22 years at Magotteaux, a global leader in wear-resistant products for the cement, mining and power industries.  Magotteaux is  a company that is present in over 150 countries and employs over 3,200 professionals.

       Carr has been a plant manager for Magotteaux at their manufacturing site in Pulaski, Tennessee for six years.  During this period, he was responsible for a $90-100 million annual operating budget, while managing an employee workforce of 225 people.  As head of plant operations, he was responsible for all operations of the plant including health and safety, operating costs, capital projects, quality, budgeting, and adherence t0 environmental standards.  He was also responsible for coordinating key group performance indicators, and led a group-wide strategic project on simulation.  Carr is a Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional.

       Carr completed a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering in 1993 from the University of Missouri at Rolla.  He completed a Master of Engineering in the Management of Technology in 1998 from Vanderbilt University.

       Carr is based in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee in the United States.  

Milind S. Prasad

Executive Assistant to the Founder, and Manager - Digital Marketing and Promotion

As executive assistant, Prasad assists the founder of our company, Mr. Ashish Mohan, with managing his office, performing administrative tasks, assisting with new business development, and providing support and assistance during leadership development workshops. 

       Prasad is also Manager - Digital Marketing and Promotion for our company.  In this role, he handles company marketing and communication, takes care of our social media presence, and manages our website.

       Prasad is a gold-medal winning athlete and B.Com graduate of University of Mysore.  His interests outside work include reading, listening to music, watching movies, traveling and cooking.
